Conferences are traditionally about attendees. The people in the room as the conference happens but in an age where travel costs are increasing and environmental issues make air travel less acceptable it makes more and more sense to turn your conference inside out and open it up to people who were unable to attend in person.

ConferenceXtra uses a combination of audio, video, text, images, comments, & SMS texts to allow the outside world to join in your conference in near-real-time. They can see what you see, listen to the Questions & Answers, watch attendees take on the conference and add in their own comments as it happens.
